To set Madeira Regional Archives as a remarkable institution in terms of documents management and organization, creating a work environment that promotes its human resources trough apprenticeship, exchange of experiences and solutions, work group and communication.
To guarantee continuous progression of the services rendered oriented throughout performance indicators associated with the appropriate preventive and corrective actions.
